100 things about me

1. I love little electronic gadgets.

2. Filamento is my favorite store but they are gone now, they used to be on Fillmore in San Francisco.

3. I drink an average of 3 glasses of wine every night, but only since 1994 shortly after I got a 'real' job.

4. I love the color of my wifes eyes.

5. If I could choose a state to live in it would most likely be California

6. If I could I would stay up until 2 and wake up at 10.

7. With rare exception I have always done my own laundry since I was 7.

8. I gave up caffeine, but not coffee (went to decaf) in March of 2003.

9. There is about 46 cubic yards of stuff I dont ever use in my house.

10. I haven't known my neighboors since I was 14.

11. I've started to write 2 books, I have only read about 30 in my life.

12. I know that if I am to 'be' I cant grow up.

13. I have very few friends, they are all strange in some way.

14. I would never want to be 15 again.

15. I hate wall to wall carpet, I love hardwood floors with oriental rugs.

16. For most of my life it has taken me 2 hours to fall asleep, with the help of wine, 45min.

17. I have one cousin who doesnt believe in god, however, he and everyone I am related to in this country is a babtised mormon, except me.

18. I grew up at a ski resort in Alaska, taught skiing and was an avid extreme skier until I was too heavy to do it properly.

19. I love Trivial Pursuit but nobody plays it anymore.

20. I like biografical books more than any others.

21. I think that it is possible that reincarnation is real.

22. 22 is the day I was born and throughout my life I have seen that number in odd places like dumptrucks far more than other numbers. I have always thought it was

35. I have only dated one person that had both of her parents and I have never dated a non-smoker, yet I dont smoke.

37. It annoys me when people use 'then' when they should use 'than', yet I cant spell to save myself, unless its verbally and for someone else.

38. My favorite TV show is The West Wing. I used to love cheers then seinfeld then friends but have no interest in re-runs.

39. I wanted to grow up to be like buckaroo bonzai.

40. I often lay awake at night and think about code.

41. The best birthday present I ever got was a pile of dirt for my 4th birthday, I later found out it wasnt intended for me but when I was overjoyed at the gift my dad let

me play with it, making tunnels and such until I was tired of it, when he proceded with his origenal plans.

would love most holidays, the last time I did that was when I got my sister a dark rust-metal mouse about 10 years ago.

51. I like home automation technologies, I wish I could build some myself, my cousin has, the one that doesnt believe in god.

52. I hate Nascar and anything related to Nascar such as flags, lawn ornaments, commercials, the race themselves. I like formula 1,2 and european rally racing.

53. I think Picabo Street is awesome, Bill Johnson sucks, Tommy Moe trained in the town I grew up in, he was very good but full of himself. I wish I knew how to golf.

assistant, bell boy, hotel desk clerk(2), healthfood cafe clerk, cannery worker, carpenter, school van driver, groundskeeper, fireman, waiter, and warehouse worker/

forklift operator all before I turned 21.

56. If I go to a fast food place it's Taco Bell and I order the 1 Burrito Supreme, 1 Taco Supreme meal.

58. I think religion is wierd, I think it is the source of all predjudice and hate.

59. The most I've ever won on a lottery ticket is $100 on a scratcher.

60. The last movie I rented was Collateral which I thought was so so.

61. Movies I could watch over and over again include: Airplane (40+ times so far), the Breakfast Club, High Fidelity, As Good as It gets, the Holy Grail, Pulp Fiction.

62. Movies that should be removed from existence: Star Trek the wrath of Kaan, fatasy island dude with a white wig is just laim.

63. I have a few pieces of the original great wall of china, most of what you see today was built in the 20s for tourists.

64. I love the works of Michael Parks, George Serat, Yamagata, Houng, and Scott Melear Clark. I have known the last 2 personally, they inspired me to paint, which I

love but am not good at.

65. I never had school lunch or a lunchbox as a kid, I had a paper bag, usually with penut butter and honey sandwich, and an apple, never chips or cookies or any food

with a label, It was meant to be healthy, I always thought we were too poor for me to eat school lunch, turns out apples werent cheap in Kodiak Alaska and school

lunches were.

69. I've never gone to the doctor for a broken bone but I have broken my nose, dislocated my knee and shoulder, cracked a rib, however as a child I went to the ER for

stitches or blood poisening a total of 5 times before I went to kindergarten.

70. I've had 3 speeding tickets and one dismissed ticket for running a red light. I have one unpaid parking ticket that I got when I was at the courthouse getting my red

light ticket dismissed, It has been 15 years, I have never paid it.

71. I do not have a dream car, however, I know I would love driving a '92 porche 911 C4, I would also love an Astin Martin Vanquish.

72. My favorite sport is skiing, I love people watching, mostly for the stories I make up about them and their lives.

73. I hate baseball with a passion, I dislike most team sports and I enjoy bowling about once every 10 years.

77. I only had 3 wisdom teeth, they were pulled when I was 19, in place of the 4th my 12 year molar grew a 5th crown that was ground off by my orthodontist with a

dremel looking sander tool, no novacain.

78. I love the large size of my new cell phone, the first in years I can dial with one hand, I hate the plan and coverage.

79. I'm convinced that my wife will never believe how much I love her.

80. The first girl I ever kissed was a native alaskan girl, I dont know her name, we were both in mr. santoros 1st grade class, I got in trouble, they called my parents

who were mad to my face when I got home but as I left the room I caught my dad doing a 'victory fist' showing that he was proud that his son was already jiggy with the

ladies, I didnt kiss a girl again until I was 16.

which I follow daily.

83. I bought an Olympus OMpc for $275 in 1987, I still have it but it has not worked properly since 1990, I wish I could convert it somehow to take digital, it is a perfect

camera.

84. Outside of salons, my sister has cut my hair more times than anyone, my wife is the only other person to have cut my hair.

85. At one time, recently, we had 3 teenagers and a baby in our house, I calculated that we spent more money on milk than gas.

86. If I had could raid a clothing store it would probably be Nordstrom, I have had a card from there since 1990 but havent had an available balance in 4 years.

87. I have a serious addiction to buying scratchers, I hate gambling but I keep thinking that one day I will bring joy to my family for years to come.

94. My least favorite chore is ironing, next is folding but I dont mind washing.

95. My favorite tool is my worm drive circular saw, my ex-brother in law gave it to me, it has accidentally cut a 3 inch wood screw perfectly in half, the long way.

96. I really, really wish every light switch in my house was controlled by a computer that I could program.

97. I love everything I need in a house to be on one floor but I dont like single story houses.

98. I have had cats named; Martini, Sisco, Skoshi, Zoe, Hercules, Zena, Mahoot, and Bobo.

99. I once assembled a bookcase for a retired Lockeed engineer who worked on developing ICBMs but could not understand the directions to assemble said bookcase.
